Osterbräuche
An Ostern werden in Tschechien Eier bemalt, Osterlamm und Osterbrot gegessen und Mädchen mit der Osterrute geschlagen:
Die Osterrute besteht aus frischen Weidengerten. Deren Energie überträgt sich auf das geschlagene Mädchen, so dass es jung und fruchtbar bleibt. Als Dank dafür bindet sie dem Jungen eine Schleife um seine Osterrute und gibt ihm Slivovic oder Fernet zu trinken. Jüngere bekommen Eier.
Angeblich werden auch Ostereier gesucht, das habe ich aber nicht gesehen.
